Infrastructure Product Engineering Manager position, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the chapter lead for DevOps, shaping a new function and defining Infrastructure as Code, automation and CI\/CD standards.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop a team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers working across multiple product squads.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the product owner for cloud infrastructure, delivering secure, scalable, well\u2011architected Azure platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the design and build of new platform services in partnership with architecture and engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Champion modern software engineering practices, improving reliability, observability and automation across infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strong IAM, data protection and regulatory compliance controls<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with data, generative AI and agent\u2011focused squads to enable high\u2011quality product delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Skills and Experience<\/strong><br \/>To succeed in this Infrastructure Product Engineering Manager role, you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical leadership experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced expertise in Azure and cloud\u2011native infrastructure services.<\/li>\n<li>Deep practical experience with Terraform or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of CI\/CD pipelines, automation and modern DevOps principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering technology products into production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of containerisation, orchestration, monitoring and platform observability.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to coach teams, communicate clearly, and lead through
