This role offers the chance to shape testing strategy, influence roadmaps, and make a measurable impact across multiple brands and digital touchpoints. You will be joining at an exciting stage as they build out a dedicated team. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> They are a well-established, multi-brand retail group with a significant presence in ecommerce and digital product. Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support the build of a centralised experimentation function.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Translate commercial objectives into experimentation roadmaps.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prioritise tests based on value, business context and feasibility.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Lead ideation, design and end-to-end execution of A\/B tests.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with technical teams to ensure robust implementation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyse test results and communicate insights to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Distinguish CRM experimentation from website CRO and support both areas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Contribute to training and enablement across digital teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong commercial experience running experimentation programmes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Hands-on experience setting up and analysing A\/B tests.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Understanding of experimentation principles, digital metrics and measurement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience with platforms such as GA4, Optimizely or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to create, manage and communicate experimentation roadmaps.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Comfortable working cross-functionally within product, digital, CRM and tech teams.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Able to work independently and prioritise effectively.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience with user
